The Halatack Department of Assessment & Evaluation (HDAE) administers secure, high-integrity testing across the entire Halatack ecosystem.
The Halatack Department of Assessment & Evaluation is the Agency’s primary authority for screening and credentialing candidates as Agents or Members. Under Team Administration, Chiefs of Agents, and Office of Security & Compliance oversight, it administers the mandatory Halatack Tests—a confidential, multi-stage protocol assessing resilience, trustworthiness, and loyalty. These include the Test of Slander (ethical response to defamation), Test of Trust (secure handling of sensitive information under pressure), and Test of Kinship (prioritization of Agency mission over external ties). Through rigorous, scenario-based evaluations with strict confidentiality and compliance, the Department ensures only candidates of exceptional integrity and alignment advance, safeguarding the Agency’s security and unified mission.
